Refunds

• There will be no returns given by FSG
• Any claim for defective goods will need to have a request given to FSG. In turn, FSG will only make refund or replacement by consignor or storage facility. FSG will not compensate for warranty product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Product

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Sale products cannot be refunded.
